Henson Flye at Ocean Beach in San  Fransisco. I’ve known Henson for more than fifteen years, but always from a far. This spring, Henson introduced me to a magical place called Sonoma County. He’s been up there for a couple of years living the exciting life of an artist hermit. There’s no feeling like living in the redwoods nestled so close to the mighty California Pacific. Staying up in the woods for a while with a complete disconnect from the digital static that tends to cloud my mind was a truly calming experience. Henson was always down to wonder off into the woods to take photos with me.
